6 Steps to ATLS®
From registration to certification — we guide you through the entire process.
What happens before, during and after the course
Full transparency: you see exactly which steps we handle and which are yours.
Registration & preparation
- You book a fixed date online and pay in euros (card, Klarna or invoice) — you receive a German invoice.
- We reserve your seat at ELSTC Cairo, prepare the registration documents and communicate with the training centre on your behalf.
- You receive access to the ATLS® online phase and the course manual for self-study including the pretest.
- You arrange flight, hotel and transfer in Cairo yourself — our hotel overview gives you guidance.
Two on-site days at ELSTC
- Two full course days following the internationally standardised ATLS® curriculum of the American College of Surgeons.
- Lectures, skill stations and simulated trauma-bay scenarios following the ABCDE approach.
- Course language and exam material are English — this applies to every ATLS® course worldwide.
- Completion with a written exam and a practical case assessment by the centre's course faculty.
Certificate & deadlines in view
- You receive the ATLS® provider certificate from the American College of Surgeons — recognised worldwide, valid for 4 years.
- For questions about documents or the certificate we remain your German-speaking point of contact.
- CertAlert reminds you automatically 90, 60 and 30 days before expiry — 3 months included with an ATLS® booking.
- Within 6 months after expiry a refresher can renew the certificate; after that a new provider course is required.
